Home sunbed hire for Lincoln residents
Lincoln is a city where home hire makes a lot of sense — the county is spread out, salons aren't always close by, and driving in from the villages three times a week gets old fast. We deliver across the city centre, uphill and downhill Lincoln, Bailgate, Monks Road, West End, Boultham, Birchwood, Hartsholme, Doddington Park, Ermine, St Giles, Bracebridge Heath, Waddington, North Hykeham, South Hykeham, Skellingthorpe, Saxilby, Nettleham, Cherry Willingham and Washingborough. The steep hill streets in the uphill area around the Cathedral and Castle can mean tricky parking, so we always agree an unloading spot before we set off, while the flatter downhill areas and the newer estates around North Hykeham and Birchwood are much more straightforward. Most homes out in the villages have garages or utility rooms, which are ideal spots for a bed, and a fair number of our Lincoln customers are further out in places like Nettleham and Saxilby where the nearest salon is a proper drive rather than a five-minute trip. Lincoln's student population around the university and Brayford Pool also drives steady demand for the compact stand-up. We run this as part of the same route as Newark, Sleaford and Gainsborough, which keeps our Lincoln lead times reasonable despite the distance.
Delivery & installation across Lincoln
Delivery, installation and collection are arranged with you when you book — this is one of our wider-area towns, so a delivery charge applies and we confirm it before you pay. We text a 2-hour arrival window the day before, install the bed in the room of your choice, plug it into a standard 13-amp socket, test it and run through safe session times for your skin type before handing over your UV goggles. Collection at the end of the hire is included — nothing for you to return. Newark, Sleaford and Gainsborough are on the same run at the same price, and Lincoln bookings are typically scheduled one to two weeks ahead given the distance.

Lincoln sunbed hire FAQs
Which Lincoln areas do you cover?
LN1 to LN6 — the city centre, Bailgate, West End, Boultham, Birchwood, Hartsholme, Ermine, Bracebridge Heath, North Hykeham, Waddington, Nettleham and Saxilby.
How much is sunbed hire in Lincoln?
£260 for 6 weeks, £330 for 8 weeks and £475 for 12 weeks. Stand-up and lie-down are the same price, plus a delivery charge confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.
Why is the minimum hire 6 weeks in Lincoln?
Lincoln is in our wider delivery area outside the Northfield local zone, so it runs on a 6-week minimum with the same weekly rate as closer-in towns.
Do you cover the Lincolnshire villages around the city?
Yes — Nettleham, Saxilby, Cherry Willingham, Washingborough and the villages towards Sleaford and Newark are all covered. Delivery charges vary a little with distance, which is why we quote them individually on WhatsApp.
How much space do I need?
A stand-up needs roughly 4ft × 4ft of floor and about 6ft 6in of head-height; a lie-down needs around 7ft × 4ft. Village garages and utility rooms both work well.
Parking is difficult on my uphill street — is that a problem?
Not usually, but tell us in advance. We need to get reasonably close to the door to unload; if that's tricky uphill near the Cathedral we'll plan a quieter time to deliver.
Do I need special wiring installed?
No — both bed types run from a standard 13A household socket. We plug it in and test it before we leave.
Stand-up or lie-down — which is more popular in Lincoln?
Around 8 in 10 customers choose the stand-up Caribbean, especially students and those in terraces near the city centre, for its shorter sessions and compact footprint. Both cost the same.
How long will the tan last after the hire ends?
With a base built over 6 weeks, colour typically holds for several weeks after collection if you moisturise and top up sensibly.
How quickly can you deliver to Lincoln?
Given the distance, most Lincoln bookings are scheduled one to two weeks ahead. Let us know if you have a fixed date and we'll do our best to fit around it.
Do you hire to under-18s?
No. Hire is strictly 18+ and we ask for ID if there's any doubt at delivery.
What's the deposit and how do I pay the balance?
£10 online secures your dates. The balance and delivery charge are settled on delivery day by cash, card or bank transfer — no contracts or credit checks.
