How does the deposit work?
You pay a £250 deposit through our secure Square payment link to reserve your bed. We then arrange your delivery date with you over WhatsApp. Once the date is confirmed, you pay the remaining £3,050 — you're never asked for the full amount before a date is agreed.
How do I pay the deposit and the balance?
The £250 deposit is paid online by card through the secure Square link on this page. The balance is paid by card or bank transfer once your delivery slot is confirmed — we'll send you a payment link or bank details over WhatsApp.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If we can't deliver to you or you change your mind before your delivery date is confirmed, the £250 deposit is refunded in full.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. The bed is delivered direct from our supplier anywhere in mainland UK. We confirm the exact delivery window with you over WhatsApp before the balance is due.
Is it a stand-up or lie-down sunbed?
The Caribbean 26 is a stand-up (vertical) sunbed. Stand-up is by far the most popular option — you get an even all-over tan, faster sessions and it takes up less floor space than a lie-down bed.
Will it run on a normal domestic plug?
The Caribbean 26 runs on a standard domestic supply in most homes. Send us a photo of your space and socket on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you pay anything.
How much space do I need?
Allow roughly 1m x 1.2m of floor space and around 2.2m of ceiling height. Garages, spare rooms, converted lofts and utility rooms all work well.
Is it new or reconditioned?
We supply the Caribbean 26 with new tubes fitted. Tell us on WhatsApp whether you want a new or fully reconditioned unit and we'll confirm availability and lead time.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes — the bed comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty. We'll confirm the exact term in writing before you pay your balance.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Many customers hire a sunbed from us first, then buy once they know how much they'll use it. Hires start at £175 for 4 weeks with unlimited sessions.
Can I buy if I'm outside the West Midlands?
Absolutely. Our hire service is Midlands-based, but sunbed sales are delivered nationwide, so you can buy from anywhere in mainland UK.
