We never see or store your card or banking details. The £10 booking deposit is taken through Square's hosted checkout. Your card number, expiry, CVV and bank details are entered directly on Square's secure payment page and processed by Square — they never touch our website or database.

We only receive a confirmation that the deposit has been paid, along with the booking details you submitted on our enquiry form.

The £10 deposit secures your hire slot and covers delivery preparation. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to change your delivery date, get in touch as early as possible and we'll do our best to move your booking to another available slot at no extra cost.

When you book a sunbed hire, we collect:

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• Your delivery address and postcode
• The sunbed type, hire length and preferred delivery date
• Any notes you add to your booking

We use this information solely to deliver, install and collect your sunbed, and to contact you about your hire.

At drop-off, we'll ask whether you're happy for us to keep your contact details (mainly your email) so we can let you know about future availability and offers.

We only keep your details if you tick the consent box at drop-off. If you don't consent, we remove your contact details from our marketing list after your hire is complete. Booking records may be kept for a short period for our own accounting and customer-service purposes.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing tanningboxb31@gmail.com.

We don't sell your data. We only share information with services that help us run the booking:

• Square — to take your deposit payment
• Google (Gmail) — to email your booking details to our team
• Our booking database — securely hosted and only accessible to the TanBox team

We use basic analytics to understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site. We don't use these to identify you personally.

Sunbed hire is strictly for over-18s. UV exposure carries health risks — please read our sunbed safety guidance before use.
